This is the story of the land of Alderia. Alderia is a place of wonder and mystery. No one knows of how this land was formed or why it was differentiated this way. There is also something about Alderia that needs to be known. Alderia is split into 5 areas. Hyrule, Lionnes, Shyray, Ko'kuo, and Wyrain. Lionnes is a land of knights and Medieval Times. Shyray is the land of modern and is mostly like human society today. Ko'kuo is the land of the unknown, no one has dared to see what Ko'kuo holds except for those who were born there. Wyrain is the land of technology, with gadgets and anything far more advanced than anyone could ever believe to think of. And last but certainly not least, Hyrule, the land of elves, pixies, magiks, and witchcraft. These lands are ruled by different world leaders and are advanced in their own ways.

In the beginning, there was Nothing. Not even Darkness, just Emptiness. Then Life shone bright. Magic appeared and brought the universe with it. Creatures of Magic came to be. There was one creature that did not come from magic-the Human. As Humans evolved they discovered Magic. Humans who were able to use Magic became known as Magicians. The Humans would create objects that would collect Magic and become Artifacts. These artifacts have the power to wreak havoc on the entire universe if in the wrong hands. A group of Magicians banded together to collect these Artifacts and store them. Whenever the universe was in danger, a new team would form to become powerful Magicians and save the world. They are... The Guardians.

Alec was just...a simple hunter, trying to make do with his life in the forests near the Edge of Arktis Skyland. Until one day, a Drae, one of the many dangerous, magnificent and powerful creatures that thrive in Kosmiks, dared to steal his food. (He so did not let it steal because it was cute. Nope.) One thing led to another, and somehow, they become friends. Little did he know that this friendship with the creature would drag him into such a huge mess, that nearly caused him his life. A mess created by a thief who stole something from the prestigious Draeyer Academy. As a result, Alec finds himself swept away from his cold and icy home, and thrust into Draeyer Academy.
