"It's just the brunt of the trauma you've been subjected to throughout your life, it's normal." Normal. the word just didn't fit Cara Winters. And she couldn't figure out why they all called her and her "dreams" that. Every psychiatrist that she'd seen all told her the same things that she was "normal" and if she just took her pills her reoccurring dreams wouldn't be such a nuisance to her life and sleep. It wasn't like she didn't try, she did manage to swallow everyone of those annoying pills everyday, and do the breathing exercises that were instructed as well but somehow she always woke up drenched in sweat with another vivid nightmare in the front of her mind. Yes I know it seems as just petty nightmares but Cara isn't so sure they're merely dreams anymore.
