"Now, now little one. Do not cry." The voice was velvet smooth. But I could not bring myself to fear it, for it was me. Us. "There now, see. No harm will befall us as long as I am here to guide you, protect you." I was truly going insane. My eyes tear up as doubt crept in on my soul. I could not trust anyone, not even myself. "You must trust me, little cub. For only I will tell you the truth. You can trust none." A dark realisation came to light. I could not trust anyone, only my will and my mind. For my people had lied to me for a lifetime.

She was a human, clueless to the supernatural world. She worked helping troubled youth, and loved helping people. She had chronic illnesses, and was constantly at doctor's appointments. She loved reading cliche werewolf stories on her phone. He was an Alpha oblivious to her existence. He was 30, and had assigned his Beta's son to take over when he retired. He never found his mate, and him and his wolf accepted this, and took the role as both Alpha and Luna. Another Alpha was kidnapping humans and trying to turn them. He wanted more pack slaves/pets, and since turned humans were weaker, he could control them easier. He had is eyes set on her. "Ho-how is this possible? You can't be this!" He stuttered as he stared at her freshly turned wolf. She growled in response. "Doesn't matter, I'll break both of you." He smirked.
