Dr. Jordan "Snip" Clancy tries to observe the gruesome operations and punishments of the Saint Peter Windem Asylum. His wife and local news reporter, Sarah Clancy, knows something is wrong with the asylum and tries to keep him from going. No one knows what happened to the patients but Dr. Clancy, the staff, and the souls that run the place.
