Amid rising crime rate, the Galactic Space Force (GSF) set up a legal contract where registered bounty hunters (known as Coyotes) go after criminals and bring them in alive in return for credits. Wolf is one of the best coyotes in the GSF, but also one of the most hated. He has no care of the damage he causes to people or buildings when pursuing a bounty, leaving the GSF having to compensate those affected by his actions.
