Sam and Dean Winchester are hunters and not the I-shot-Bambi's-mom kind of hunters. They track down and take out things that go bump in the night. The brothers are working a job when some chick tries to boost Dean's precious Impala. Their angelic buddy, Castiel, shows up and informs them fate brought her to them. The girl insists fate had nothing to do with it, the number 401 bus brought her there. The angel ignores her and proceeds to inform the Winchesters that she is now their responsibility because she's their little sister.
