Sweat trickled from his forehead as his breath hitched. His heart was thumping loudly against his chest and his legs in excruciating pain nonetheless he ran and ran, taking every turn possible in efforts to throw her off his tail. He aimlessly made his way through the city. Wait is that A WALL?! He had hit a dead end. Panic rose in his system as he slowly turned, there she was. Her doe-like eyes were gleaming with malice- and was that blood on her dress? "You can't run forever you know" she chorused playfully as she cracked her knuckles and it echoed through the silent night. She strolled slowly toward him.
