Children of Nowhere

When the mothers imprisoned at St. Valentine's penitentiary give birth, the children are take away. None are ever seen again by their mothers. It is assumed by the inmates that the kids are either disposed of or sent to orphanages. Neither however is true. These children are taken to a facility in the middle of the Pacific where they are trained, modified, and raised to be living weapons.
Subject 17 is one such child. she is also the first successful survivor of Protocal Valkary. She has no memory, no identity, and no reason to leave. However once she turns 16 she decides to escape. she completes this task and now she is on the run. While she is on her journey she meets new people, is given a name, and fights multiple battles. Only to be recruited by the world's top secret agency, Target Zeta. Now she must help them go back to the place she escaped from in order to save the rest of the children there. On her journey she learns what it's like to have emotions, friends, and even a family.
