This is an alternate ending short story for my "Cross My Heart" story. You would need to read or at least start reading Cross My Heart first, to understand THIS story!! In "Cross My Heart", Harry and Gwen are boyfriend/girlfriend after Harry saves her from a life of captivity. But something happens.... This story starts at the moment in Cross My Heart, that Harry is shot in the chest. Instead of him pulling through and surviving, as he does in that story, I've branched off and written this short story of what would happen to Gwen and Louis if Harry died. How they each would mourn his death. How Gwen would get through the loss of the love of her life....her everything....her reason for breathing....her reason for life. How would she survive without him?
