The world has become overrun by ravenous vampires blinded by bloodlust. 

Only a few small packs of living werewolves remain, tucked away in secretive corners of the globe. Every year, during a time called the Feed, high-ranking vampires select a few unlucky souls to gorge on. 

The race faces extinction as the number of living wolves dwindle. Legends say that someone will rise and unite the two sides and end the reign of the vampires.

Evie is a human that has just fallen victim to a trap set by vampires so that she can be used as a source of food or even a plaything for a high bidding vampire. But to her bewilderment, she is taken to Alex. A dangerous and high ranking vampire that enjoys toying with his victims. Knowing how precarious this vampire is, Evie still can't shake the feeling that his striking blue eyes are reminiscent of something but what. But what lengths will she go to find out more about him and every other vampire? I guess it's true what they say. Opposites really do attract.
