The title is kind of self-explanatory but here is the description.
When Fury wants the Avengers to capture Spiderman to find out his identify, Spidey is determined to never let himself be caught.
But when there is an emergency, he has no choice but to join forces with the very people who are trying to capture him: the Avengers. After the fight, he escapes, and leaves the Avengers wondering the answer to a very important question:
Does Spiderman really need to be captured?

Pain. That was all he knew now. Peter Parker had gotten over the fact that he would never be normal. The whole accords situation, vulture. It was all too much and had started to get to him. Peter got to stay in Avengers tower, and would go on the OCCASIONAL mission with the team, (luckily everyone had made up. Steve and Tony still had problems, but had almost managed to work them out) but mostly he just stayed there for the company, and it just made things better. He liked Mr. Stark.
