Through a mysterious force Shuuichi is brought back to the very beginning of the Killing Game and is forced to relive everything again. And what will happen when he elicits the help of the infamous supreme leader as his accomplice to finally end the killing game with every one of his classmates surviving.

Their first high school year only started for them, but the murderous group that was once in America named 'The Despairs' had travelled to Japan, and was followed them was none other than the young detectives Shuichi with his non-biological sibling Tsumugi. They both enrolled in the same high school as Kokichi and his friends and things happened. Now how will this go as Shuichi and Kokichi solve things out while Shuichi's on the road to getting the Despairs to justice? Despite the horrible memories, he gets out and tries to meet other people where he not only see familiar faces, such as Shuichi and Kaito but also unfamiliar ones such as Chihiro, Sakura and much more.
