The year of 2061 WWIII began. The world was a mess for only about 4 years. WWIII was also called "The Nuclear War." People surprisingly lived through this war and slowly rebuilt the small population of people who remained on each continent. In the United States of America, President Eichen had been killed due to nuclear poisoning and 3rd-degree nuclear burns. There had been much debate about who the next president should be for a long time after Vice President Lockhart took over for President Eichen for the last year. There wasn't a lot of people to vote but eventually, they found someone who wouldn't be a terrible president in office. Unfortunately, this president, President Monty, wasn't the best at rebuilding this nation. That's when everything started to go downhill. Strong minded rebels decided the government wasn't good enough and knew how to turn it into an "ideal world."
Sam, Hallie, and Andressa are three of the hundreds of adolescents taken from their homes after WWIII broke out. The government was taken care of by adults who had strong opinions of how to make the world a better place. A world where parents don't exist, children are soldiers, and rules are everything.
There's something that the government doesn't know, though. Andressa is one of many who have powers and resilience against certain pills and injections. She's ready to escape with her newfound friend, Sam, and they're not going down without a fight.
Hallie is a normal stone-faced soldier who is a rule abiding teen whose weak emotions were washed away after days of living in The Complex.

Once in the facility, Evita is tagged as a test subject and loses all say over what happens to her body. She has to escape. By the time she comes up with a plan there is only one problem. Diseases such as AIDs and Cancer are as easily curable as the common cold. But before this flourishment there was....bloodshed. In the year 2252, The United states waged war against other nations, this war raged from 2252 to 2400. Killing billions and destroying the once great United States. The once great country was split into five colonies Montag, Crishun, Pyrin, Sendrill and Kami. Once these colonies formed they had no way of enforcing laws. Well they didn't until a 20-year-old man named Robert Cross came into the colonies, in year 2430, with his latest creation. He was able to create a synthetic human that didn't have the human weaknesses. Sickness, lust, Greed, and death was of no importance to them. After Cross revealed his creation crime rate fell almost all the way to zero. For many years this seemed like the best things ever created by man. Robert Cross was seen as a man who saved these colonies from themselves. He was awarded a Nobel peace prize for his contributions to mankind. After a while Robert became greedy, he didn't want accolades, he wanted power. When the colonies failed to give him so, he seized control instead. He programmed his once amazing creations to attack anyone who got in his way. When he seized control of Kami he created a government he called "The Axis Prime". Cross, with the help of his synthiziods, controls Kami, Montag and Sendrill, his hunger isn't satisfied till he has it all. Many of these colonies people were slaughtered for trying to rebel against Cross. Around the year 2441, he tried to capture the colony Pyrin. Cross felt something odd when the Commander of his synthizoid brigade did not return. He found out of a group trying to liberate the colonies he controlled. With secrets and lies in government and families alike to change the future of America forever, Cassidy finds herself caught up in the middle of the all out war that is about to break out. What she thought she knew about her world is about to change forever, bringing everyone she knows down with her. DISCLAIMER 2016/2017: This book is a few years old at this point, and due to the political uproar in American in 2016 I feel the need to make this abundantly clear. Outcasts takes place in a dystopian world in an undetermined year in the future, and the political parties depicted in this story - the Republicans and the Democrats - are in no way, shape or form a commentary on their real-life counterparts. I had very little knowledge of American politics when I wrote this story, and if I could go back and change their names I would. Throughout the story you will read of absurd flaws in both party agendas, and in no way did I ever intend to shame or defame the real life Republican and Democratic parties of America.
