The Abnegation-raised Isis and the Amity-born Jeff's lives are soon intertwined after a chance meeting in the library. After a few meetings, they realize that they have more in common than either of them thought they would. Isis feels isolated and out of place in the Abnegation world but doesn't want to displease her parents with the decision she makes. Faction before blood has always been something she never believed in. Can they come up with the scheme and will to escape the only world they've come to know.
