In the depths of a mountain range, two towns resided side by side. Neverchance and Happenstance. Neverchance people were orderly and controlled. There was no room for the unknown; they avoided it at all costs. Row after row of identical houses filled the town, stores strategically placed and shrubs carefully hedged. Happenstance was the opposite. The people were whimsical and wild. They left everything to chance; they embraced the unknown and unplanned instances in life. Houses were scattered here and there, not one house the same. There was little, if no interaction between the two towns. That is, until two very unexpected situations drove a boy and a girl together…
