Georgie is classy, competent, and to Ant she's captivating. Ant is none of the above. In a normal world they might never have met, but this is the apocalypse the world is far from normal. Georgie first meets Ant when she saves him from a grisly end at the hands - and teeth - of seriously bloodthirsty mutants. Ant is smitten by his saviour but Georgie is mourning the love of her life, and Ant is simply not her type. It's an awkward start but Georgie and Ant realise that when it comes to the business of survival they make a powerful team, and before you can say zombie armageddon it's Georgie and Ant against the (end of the) world. The mutants that most of humankind have become don't follow the rules that Ant has learned from a steady diet of zombie movies, but that doesn't make them any less deadly. Against increasingly overwhelming odds the unlikely action heroes must protect each other and those who have come to depend on them as they chase down a desperate lead in their search for the people they've lost...Complete
