It's the year 2457. Phoenix is the most untrusted place in America. They even call it Criminal city. The courthouse in Arizona has decided that they need everyone's fingerprint and have a tracking device in their skin in Phoenix to track down wanted people. Samantha Robbins, a 14 year old detective who has a special gift, finds out a  dangerous criminal, Tony, somehow got the tracking device out. They met awkwardly at the courthouse. Now it's up to her to put him in jail, but it won't be that easy because her and Tony fall in love. Will she be able to do the right thing, or will she turn her ways to be a criminal?
