Lucinda Johanna Potenza was made to kill every single superhero know to man. From Green Arrow to Superman, Lucinda was gifted with all of the powers. The Light gave her these powers, they trained her in combat, they made her what she is.
She was an orphan. Her parents were abusive and villains. The Light saved her, but that's not all. They saved her, and they plan to use her, and then kill her. The worst part is: she's not aware of that small detail and since she's not aware, all those artificial memories fuel her determination to end the Justice League and their sidekicks.
