Even after years of experiencing the same thing at night over and over again, she still wasn't able to figure out why she was being haunted by the entity in her closet since the day she turned eleven. She eventually decided not to ponder about it anymore and get used to the situation. But then, a couple of days before her seventeenth birthday, she starts to discover a very dark past that has way more to do with herself than she could have ever imagined." I can't believe my longest story is written in English (since that isn't my native language), but it is and I'm... kinda... PROUD of it! It literally has exactly 15.750 words in total. 8) Hopefully, you'll like it. If you do, please give the story some love, follow me and I would LOVE it if you told others about my work too. And I already have more stories than just this one, so please check those one out as well. They take a long time to write! :v I'm not lying. Writing this story took me hours and hours, days and days, WEEKSSSSSS (and maybe even months, but I honestly forgot... I wrote it, in fact, back in 2020)... An eerie silence echoed through the house at the end of Yellow Brooke Street, the wind outside slammed toward the wooden walls making a whistle inside the house from the cracked windows; the front door made a thud each time it slammed toward the wall and the screams from the dead gave the house an uneasiness to it. I stood before the house, while my friends were excited to do the exact opposite of what our parents told us to; I was not. I trusted my mother when she told us to never get close to this place. "You guys ready?" Diana said with joy in her voice, I stuttered. "No.." the fear in my voice was obvious, though no one seemed to care. Dan glanced at me and chuckled. "Really? It's just a house." "It's a haunted house." I said nervously. "Maybe we should trust our parents on this, they told us that it isn't safe for a reason." "You wimp." Diana joked, she wasn't serious; it was just to get me with them and of course she knew that it would work. "It's fine if you don't want to Luna." Lucas said, at least he was cool about it. "I-I'm not a wimp!" I stumbled on my words. "Yey!" Diana said happily and rushed toward me with her arms open. "I'll buy you McDonalds after this." I hugged her, even though I wasn't happy. I looked at the time. 12.20am
