They say that the universe was created with a big bang. That after that, life was formed and the planet became livable and life flourished. Everything worked out completely in our favor. However, using that logic, the universe will end in another big bang.

After last year, with the discovery of my biological parents and finding acceptance in what I had, I became more and more aware of the world. The world that my boyfriend, Peter Parker, helped show me. The world that mankind has created and crafted in our own image, as if it was molding clay in our selfish hands. But it sure was beautiful.

But the universe didn't end with a big bang. At least mine didn't. No.

My universe ended with a snap...

(This is Part 2 of a Spider-Man x Reader fic I created that's titled "Risks")

The fictional plot of the following fanfiction occurs after the No Way Home finale. So please proceed your reading of this book with caution and just know that the comment sections might also have NWH spoilers. Book Updates are on: Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays ***** After Peter Parker pushes Doctor Strange into completing the memory spell, successfully erasing the memory of his existence from the world, he is left adjusting to a new world with only Spider-Man. A sacrifice all too great but ultimately necessary to protect everyone he cares about. At least, the very few he has left. The world can live without Peter Parker, but it cannot live without Spider-Man... Or so he thought? So what happens when everybody in the world forgets who Peter Parker is? After all, with great power must also come great responsibility. ***** "We have to drop these off to the homeless shelter first" I remind him lifting up boxes packed with donuts. "Why FEAST out of all places MJ? It is so far away. Why can't we go to a closer one?" Ned whines as he grabs a couple boxes from the counter as I make one last swipe before closing the shop. "I honestly don't know why. I just do" I shrug as we make a sharp left down the street down towards the shelter. "Did you volunteer there or something?" He asked to make easy conversation and I thought about it for a second before responding "No I don't think I have" as Ned nods with "same." "But it's cool that you're doing this for them even when you don't know anyone there" He smiles as I smile in return. "Thanks. I just-I don't know. I think I knew someone there. Maybe from school or something" I tell him softly as I search in my mind for any clues. Nothing. *****

"So, you save the world?" I looked up and down the spandex clad boy in front of me. Even under the mask I could see his worry. "Well, I do what I can.." He sheepishly put a hand behind his head. "What else would I do with superpowers?" "Rob a bank, kill the president, take over the universe. There are LOTS of options." He laughed slightly, stuffing the last of my things gently into the bag and handing it to me. "Touche. But I mean, good things. Like good people do cause I'm a food person, GOOD person, I ment good. Not food, though it's not a bad thing to like food, not in the slightest. Infact, I could definatly go for some Chinese food about now, and a foot to stick in my own mouth.." I snorted, taking the bag out of his hands. "And I'm supposed to know that your good.. but I guess with a name like the spider boy you have to have something going for you." He turned, walking up the alley wall and squatted down, his bug eyes slightly offended. "Ouch. Its Spider Man." now it was my turn to laugh. "You dont look like much of a man to me, but fine. The Spider-Man, happy?" I couldn't tell, but I could swear he was smiling under that web shrouded mask. He lifted a hand, shooting a sting of webbing from his wrist and pulling himself seamlessly up to the buildings top. I looked up, head craned to see him as he looked down at me. He cupped his hands around his mouth for just a moment before he called, "Very!" And ran off into the night sky above me. ******* After Homcoming before Infinity War, ps peter never liked MJ Contains Explicit content, sexual abuse, strong language, and death I own no characters of the Marvel Cinimatic Universe nor any rights to their content. Peter Parker was bitten by a radio active spider. We all know that already. He got powers, and became a super hero too. Knew that as well. But here's where things get weird. Peter has only had these powers for 6 months. It changed a lot of things about him. But after he got back from his trip with Tony Stark during the civil war of the avengers, things changed for the worse. He met you, and realized that being spider man put you, and other people he loved in danger. Now he's faced with the choice of giving up on spider man, or continuing knowing that it could hurt the ones he loves. You, on the other hand, have had it pretty weird yourself. You've always lived in New York, so you definitely saw the alien invasion when you were 7. During that invasion you were hit by a mysterious blast of foreign space substance. Oh yeah, it gave you powers. Cliche like that. But they were strange, and you yourself didn't even think them powers. You can sorta see into the future. But it's difficult. You know when bad things are gonna happen, or good things, and people call you a freak. The Gypsy of the school. But when you and Peter's problems get intertwined... things get interesting. WARNING: this was written by a straight trans dude questioning everything in life so basically it's going to be a ridiculously long slow burn because all I wanted in this was to be friends with spiderman. And I was 14 or 15. This thing is my little quarantine child and I'm disowning it. Read at your own volition because I dearly detest this now. I keep it up cause yall seem to love it.

"Who's this?" Spiderman points to an old polaroid on my desk. I glance at it, before going focusing back on Spider's shoulder, "Just a boy I was friends with in high school. He kinda just disappeared after his girlfriend died though." "Oh. Were you close?" I shrugged, the old feeling of bitterness reentering my heart after so many years. "I would have called us best friends, but I guess not close enough for him to want my help." "I'm sure he just didn't want to hurt you." "Whatever, I'm over it." "You still have his picture." "I said I'm over it, Spiderboy! He left, he's not my friend anymore! Not like you won't do the same thing when you leave here tonight. I helped you, and now you have no use for me. Just like Peter." ------ You used to be best friends with Peter Parker. That was until he met Gwen Stacy and fell in love. And when she died due to a freak accident, Peter left you for good. You were on your own now, and you preferred it that way. No one was going to hurt you now, you just had to get through med school and you'd be a-okay. At least so you thought. Exactly five years after the death of Gwen Stacy you find a beaten-up Spiderman laying on your porch. He could barely get out a word before you led him into your apartment and helped him clean up. After that fateful night, Spiderman would pay you almost nightly visits to fix him after his nightly patrols each night. You couldn't help to get close to the masked man. But there was always that underlying fear that he was just using you as your other friends had? Or was there actually a friendship? As the months went on you found yourself falling for the superhero. Surely this was bound to end in disaster. ------ Warnings: mentions of blood/gore/vomiting, some cussing, there will be no smut of any kind so don't ask Disclaimer: I do not own Spiderman or any characters related to Spiderman
