This story starts in high school, where Den isn't really the most known kid. Basically, she didn't have one friend. She was always by herself. That was until she meets Axel, a rich boy who came from another school. Things end badly between them, but destiny had other plans.They will eventually meet later in life.

    The tables have turned. Den is a very sucsessful homicide detective and Axel is a poor man that hates detectives, and Den, for that matter. They struggle to find peace between one another. But when the worst comes, will they be able to comfort and help each other, or will they hate each other forever?
