This is Jason Todd's story. After his torture at the hands of the Joker. After working with Black Mask. After the rest of the family found out he wasn't dead. This is the story of how Jason Todd broke and how his family was there to put him back together. 

This is an AU. It's not canon compliant. Obviously parts of Jason's story match up with different comics or movies he's been in but I'm not trying to make it match with any particular version of him. 

Trigger warnings: this story deals with both past torture and past rape. There will probably be graphic descriptions of both. As well as suicide. Please don't read this if it will trigger you. Stay safe.
