Après avoir perdu un proche j'ai décidé d'écrire mes insomnies.  Je les ai écrite pour mettre des mots sur ce que je ressentais afin d'essayer de mieux vivre cette période du deuil. Je pensais garder ce petit recueil pour moi mais je me dis aujourd'hui qu'il peut servir à certains. Ce sont mes mots, mes émotions peut-être que certaines phrases vous sembleront maladroite, mais il est difficile d'écrire sur ces souffrances et ces mots, sur l'instant, sont ceux qui m'ont parus les plus vrais, les plus justes.All Rights Reserved
