Hydra lost track of their best super soldier, the Winter Soldier. To find him, they will need to bring back Project Blitz (Lightning in German).
Dr. Zola created Project Blitz in hope to create a soldier more powerful than the Winter Soldier or Captain America. The Soldier chosen for the experiment, Joan Miles, became a lethal weapon for Hydra but quickly got out of hands. In Shield's records, she is said to be deceased but that is not the case. No, she was kept in a cryo box, frozen, alive and well in Hydra's deepest basement.
