they wrapped around my body like rope.
tightening as if they never wanted to let go. they were a galaxy of words, filled with poetry of the ones I've loved and the ones I've lost.

4. Memories and Feelings That Still Haunt Me
I've cried too hard for too long as I debated death. Over and over, all I wanted was a quick overdose, a quick way to escape the pain. Until the guilt set it and made me realise, suicide feels too selfish. Instead I turned my sadness into art and my pain into strength. Desperately wanting to carve up my skin, I bled on a page. My screams are silent, hidden behind closed doors, And computer screens. All these horrible emotions kept secret in notebooks. She's never had problems, until recently. Recently, her world has been falling apart, but from the inside out. Turned into a depressed girl with serious eating disorder problems, all she wants to do is let go of everything, and be thin. Lighter than air and be the skinniest of all. Slowly, she's drifting away from the real world into a world of her own, and pieces of her every day disappear and then she realises, but it's too late. Or is it? It's never too late to change...
