You are one of Mark's friends, and you love to help him no matter what. After getting invited to join in on his new skit (Who Killed Markiplier?), you notice that Mark isn't himself as he always is. While trying to help him out, you find a book called The Dark Book. The book gets you curious about what it's supposed to be about, but that's until Mark tells you to stay away from it. After fighting with him, you open the book and everything changes. While inside the book, you meet a strange figure that looks like Mark; except his name happens to be, Dark. After your meet up with Dark, you go through all the stories that represent him, and you actually enjoy it better than the real world. But all isn't as what it seems. What you don't know is that Dark is trying to force you to stay in the book forever, and be with him for the rest of your life. With a lot of challenges and stories to face, you try to think of a way to get out of the book, and back home to Mark and the others. Can you do it? Will you be able to escape Dark before it's too late?
* This book is a recreation of The Beauty and the Beast: Lost in a Book story. And it has a hint of Who Killed Markiplier & Damien in the story.

Dark The Friendly Ghost (Darkiplier Fan-Fiction)
Here is the story of a lost soul and a child who never thought they would have a friendship as unique and as strange as this one. Never in a million years did Dark think he'd get roped into something like this, and he doesn't regret meeting Juliet at all. [So with "Who Killed Markiplier", I learned that Dark's normal name is actually Damien. I didn't know this until now because I didn't watch the livestream it was mentioned in. Point is, years ago, long before "A Date with Markiplier" when everyone had their own version of Dark, I had one version (of several) where his real name was Damien. Not because it meant anything, just because I liked the name and it started with a "D" so it worked. So, I decided to make it into a story. This is one of those things where Dark was pretty harmless but could look intimidating af if he wanted to. Also, this is as far from canon as you can go, you've been warned about how far from the original this short story is.] (Italics and bold are Dark talking and just italics is Juliet. Their dialogue is the only specific one. And Mark's, whenever he comes into the story, will be the same as Dark's but underlined. This is my first X reader, so please don't hate. It is about a girl (you) who made a deal with a man by the name of Darkiplier, Markiplier's evil side. You were originally going to be used as a sacrifice until Dark thought of you as something more. Also, there is another alter ego that feels that you are also something more than a sacrifice. This is a X reader that has romance, drama, and, hopefully, heart racing moments. Also, I DO NOT OWN THE ARTWORK. The only artwork is the cover though. I do not own it. Yeah, I'm not a really good drawer. Anyway, thank you and bye! :) Also, there is a sequel! It tis called "Something Dangerous".
