An unknown Viral pandemic that left the world in ruins suddenly take a turn for the worst and began reanimating its human hosts, amassing a huge horde of undead. With the Top World Health Organisation and International CDC scientists, doctors and researchers stranded around the world, it becomes a race against time to not only hunt down patient zero of the second infection but to develop an immune agent as those under Stage 3 of the infection was still curable. This tells the story of the only surviving CDC Team stationed in Fukushima, Japan and their struggle to battle the infected.
