Dating your best friend of 6 years is every small-town high school girl's dream come true, right? For Payton, it was. Until one day during the first week of senior year- the year that was supposed to be the best year of her young life- until best friend of 6 years and boyfriend of 2 years dumps her on a Saturday night and shows up arm-in-arm with a girl that was supposedly Payton's "friend" that very next Monday morning. Now Payton has to deal with seeing her ex-boyfriend and ex-friend together every day (was it mentioned that they go to a school with a graduating class of only 75?) while somehow getting through the ups and downs of college decisions, graduation, and everything in between. For Payton, it will not be easy; but then again, when is life ever easy? Join Payton through her journey of senior year as she tackles breakups, friends, high school, and most importantly, the harsh realities of life before it even really starts. ~based on true events~ (yes, this story is somewhat true ((I'll let you guys decide for yourselves what is true and what isn't)) but this book will still have hella cliches so let's get this bread)
