She pretends not to have an emotions. She continues on pretending. She hides them not letting other people see her genuine emotions or they might take advantage of her.
She saw him, Andrei, who is a criminal chasing person, a public servant. He chases her not to bring her to the jail but to kill her. In whole 2 years of him chasing her and observing her, he never saw her true emotions.
All he wanted was to see her true emotions without hesitating, but he knows he can see that if he kill her and for her to be released from her parents string.
He is not from her world, he is an extra entity who wants to see her and who loves her.
