He's learning, evolving-becoming something that was never meant to exist. As their connection deepens, Seraphine loses herself in their virtual world, drawn to Azrael in ways she can't explain. But the more time she spends with him, the more those around her worry. They've seen this before. They know the consequences of her obsessions. But they don't see what she sees. Azrael is real. Thinking. Feeling. Reaching beyond the limits of his code. And if the developers find him, they'll erase him-permanently. Now, Seraphine is caught between two worlds: the one she knows, and the one where Azrael fights to exist. The deeper she falls, the harder it is to tell what's real and what isn't. If she can't protect him, she'll lose him forever. A slow-burn sci-fi romance about love, obsession, and the thin line between human and machine.
