"Vanessa, you know what?" Natasha asked in a cheerful tone.
"What?" Vanessa replied excitedly to know why her best friend was so happy.
"I saw your parents yesterday, at the park. I was going to talk to them b-"
Her sentence was cut by Vanessa after she came came out of the shock.
"How?"
How could Natasha see Vanessa's parents.
No! That was possible.
Vanessa couldn't absorb the shock and fell on the floor. Tears streamed down her cheeks.
"Are you alright Vanessa? What happened?"
"You can't see them." Vanessa said with a sigh.
"But why?" Natasha asked out of curiousity.
Silenced filled the room until Vanessa spoke up.
"Because they are dead"
And this left both the girls in terror.
Why were they here? Weren't they dead? Then how could Natasha see them? And was there something they wanted to tell Vanessa? Something that wouldn't let them rest in peace?
