Nurse by day, singer by night, Bailey Stroman is a young cover artist on YouTube, making her way to the top of the 90s grunge music artists. Recording from her step dad's attic, she struggles with her personal life, too busy taking extra shifts to afford her recording equipment and paying off her student loans. Tired of the same routine life, she quits her job and takes the sacrifice of leaving her home to move to the first place the dart lands on the map- L.A. California- and peruse her dream of making it big in the music industry. Unable to get a record label, she starts singing anywhere she can find, from weddings to graduation parties. When she meets Brendon Urie, the upcoming king of music and lead singer of Panic! At The Disco, at an old friend's wedding, her world is turned upside down. Sparks fly, birds sing, then things go crashing down as fans strike out, digging up a dark secret of Bailey's past and making sure she never sees the working end of a stage, or Brendon Urie's heart, again.
