( While balling my eyes out, I hadn't noticed the black serpent creature emerging from the narrow entrance of the room, and making its way towards me. Only when the creature hissed, did I spring up, and hurriedly crawl backwards, eventually hitting the back wall with my back. Now cornered, the xenomorph soldier stood up, and stepped towards me. We headed north for a day, or what i thought was north, to be honest, I couldn't tell. The pain from my leg was making my mind blur and each passing minute was pure agony. Nutmeg was beginning to tire and the pups, well I had to pick them up a while back, they kept on falling behind. I suppose I'm lucky in some ways, one of them been that it's spring and not winter but the wind is still cold, its always so cold... Hope I make this book as good as the last one. This was a contest in April 2020 in a splatroad discord server that was all about making luminous, weapons, etc, so I decided to compile all of the entries into one story! This was the result. People made their own traits and (some people, not all, made) weapons, so if something looks similar then it's most likely a coincidence. Of course, I had to change a few things so the story would flow well, and nobody actually wrote their own story of them fighting their luminous, so yeah, this was mostly done by me.
