Young Lloyd is a kittypet, but when he meets a group of feral cats, he rips his green collar off, and joins Thunderclan, abandoning his twolegs and old friends. 

He becomes immediate friends with Pixelpaw, Icepaw, Lightningpaw, Flamepaw, Stonepaw, and Windpaw, although Shadowpaw doesn't like him very much. 

She hates him. 

Darkshadow takes an immediate liking to Lloyd - now named Goldenpaw - and acts like the father figure Goldenpaw never had.

Then, Darkshadow is framed for murder and exiled, and Goldenpaw begins to lose all hope in his leader, who is on the bridge of insanity. 

Goldenpaw and his trio - including Shadowpaw - take matters into their own paws, and go over the fence.
