The Sleeping Beauty Stony AU no one asked for.
After many childless years, King Joseph and Queen Sarah welcome the birth of their son, the Prince Steven. The three good fairies Wanda, Loki and Strange are some of the guests to give the prince their gifts, but Strange's gift is interrupted by the evil fairy RedSkull. Told that he was not invited, he turned to leave, but Queen Sarah asks if he's not offended, when he turns again, he curses the child. Steven will grow in grace and beauty, but before the sun sets on his sixteenth birthday, he will prick his finger on the spindle of a spinning wheel and die. The King and Queen beg the fairies to undo the curse, but they are not powerful enough; Strange uses his blessing to weaken the curse so that instead of dying, Steven will fall into a deep sleep, only broken by true love's kiss.
