The victims, family and those affected by the crime, have no say in what happens to the criminals that hurt them.
Until One for All appears and gives their voice power. Their choice matters.

The Apocalypse. That is what Japan is facing right now with the new rise of All For One and his armies. After killing All Might, All For One began his own campaign against Japan. He told the Villains and ridiculed that he would help them if they only asked. It's been years since that rise, and Villains had almost fully taken over Japan. The World feared All For One, and thus did nothing much to the disappointment of the heroes that looked up to him. But there was always one person who held hope that Heroes would rise again.
