One For All is more than just a vigilante. He's more than a mix of a hero and a villain. He's more than what he appears.
He's a voice.
Not just for himself, but for everyone. The Law contradicts what is right and what is wrong - who is innocent and who is guilty. The law enforcers are to keep everyone safe and the criminals behind bars. Until they don't.
One for All is the vigilante that listens - actually listens to what the public want. He does his job properly. He is the voice of the public. He is their justice. Armed with what the public wants, One for All carries out the orders of the community. What they want, they have. This should be their choice but due to the law, it's not. The victims, family and those affected by the crime, have no say in what happens to the criminals that hurt them.
Until One for All appears and gives their voice power. Their choice matters.
He is their voice. He is One for All.

...What makes them all heroes? What makes the villains actually villains? In the end, everyone commits violent actions, but the heroes are praised while the villains are suspected of the worst. The teens that bully people but have a goal to become a hero, the villains who wanted to be good and tried but were treated like vile beings, only leading them further down the wrong path. There is no good in the world, only black and white.. Midoriya Izuku has been a vigilante since a young age. After around 5 when he started loosing the emotions people would feel everyday he found that the only time he actually felt emotion was when he was in fights with his peers. When he found out he was quirkless, everything turned black and white for him. On the way back from the doctors office the Midoriya family got into a car reck. Both parents died and before the ambulances or paramedics came, Izuku ran. From that moment forward he trained himself physically and emotionally, he could take a bullet wound like a hit, he barely felt anything. By the time he was 14 he was the world's most well known vigilante but no one knew what he looked like, he was that good.
