On the other side of the world from Scarlet is a girl similar to Scarlet named Cress. Cress also has the antidote inside of her. The shadow clan are missing, and seem to have dissapeared. when both Cress and her friends and Scarlet and her friends find that the shadow clan is not gone, they decide to go up against the shadow clan together. In the process of trying to fight the shadow clan the blue jade do catastrophic damage to the earth, and planets around it, but successfully shatter some of the power and pride the shadow clan thought they had.
