When he meets her they get along pretty well and start to feel close but when her sister gets engaged to a man she just meet her sister pushes her to far that her powers are revealed. When her powers are revealed she runs away in fear and she unknowingly unleashes an eternal winter on her kingdom. Now Spider-man, Princess Anna, an ice harvester, a reindeer and a talking snowman go on a quest to find Elsa and try to undo the eternal winter that she casted, but unknown to them Spider-man's enemies are on to them and something else is at work.
