Son of the Earth (a Jacksepticeye fanfic)

Sean McLoughlin (know, affectionately, as Jack to some) was born like any normal child. He lives like any normal a child and like any other normal child, he has a normal family. But plants seem to miraculously grow around him and he has a certain way with animals that isn't normal.
But humans are destroying the Earth. Pollution is killing off nature, and Jack is falling with it. His connection with the Earth is killing him.

Can Jack trust anyone with his secret as his health rapidly declines? And will his friends be able to help him prevent a life-threatening prophecy?
