It's hard to explain the feeling of being connected. It's like... Having your own emotions and thoughts, but those of them, too. Seeing what they see, and what you see. Hearing what they hear, and what you hear. Together you're like one body. It's amazing - but takes lots of skill, focus and patience. Let's just say that dragons aren't exactly what you call an easy pet to tame.
