Alone

Kale has a pretty normal life. She's 16 years old and in her junior year in high school. She has a crush on the varsity quarterback. She has a best friend that she's known since the 3rd grade. Kale is passing all her classes with flying colors. Kale's life is perfectly normal and going great, until her junior prom night. Things don't go as expected. Kale wakes up and find that something is wrong. She wakes up thinking she has to go back to school. And when she arrives, she tries to speak to her friends, but the problem is, no one can see her because she's dead. Kale finds she is some sort of spirt that is not visible to the living, that is until she meets Sean. A nerdy, boy that is kind of a loner. Neither of them can figure out why Sean can see Kale. But Kale has to find a way to catch her killer without hurting Sean, and making sure he kills no one else in the process.
