Among these survivors is Phillip Harper, a former paramedic turned reluctant leader, trying to keep his small group alive. When a young girl in their camp falls deathly ill from radiation poisoning, Phil makes the desperate decision to seek out a rumored bunker said to contain pre-war medicine and supplies.
But as they journey deeper into the wasteland, they face not just external threats-mutants, raiders, and starvation-but also the slow unraveling of their own humanity.
