In a world where the population is so low, a singular city is created, and those who question those in power or who they are, get thrown into the crumbling outside world, Alex must find a way back in. She has one goal, and she won't let it go; she needs to get into the city to save her little brother. Along the way, she discovers friendships she never knew she needed, and twisted secrets she didn't want to know.
