*Y/n's point of view* 2041, 9: 38 am

"Officer L/n! Can you come here please!?" I hear Fowler yell from his office as I finish writing up a report Gavin had me do for him. "I'm coming!" I yell back as I get up from my desk and head towards Fowler's office. 

"Hey Nines, can you give this to Gavin? It's the report he had me do." I ask Gavin's partner, the Rk900 that Gavin decided to call 'Nines'. Gavin is very creative and smart isn't he? 

"Of course Officer L/n. Though next time I recommend you tell him to do it himself, it is his job after all." Nines says as I continue towards Fowler's office. 

"No! It gives me something to do!" I yell as I head up the stairs to enter Fowler's office. "Sorry, I didn't know you were busy." I say as I enter Fowler's office only to see a guy with white hair and a white trench coat. 

"No, we were actually waiting for you. Officer L/n I'd like for you to meet the new Rk1000 model." Fowler says as I step forward very cautiously. "Your new partner." Fowler continues causing me to stop instantly in my track to his desk. 

"What?" I ask completely shocked that Fowler just said that this Rk1000 model is my partner. "You heard me, it's your new partner." Fowler says again to show me that he means it. 

"Sir, I don't think this is a good idea. I can barely look after myself, let alone an android." I say as I try and get myself out of this. "I know, that's why I'm assigning it to you, so it can look after you." Fowler says making me realise that I'm not getting out of this.

You were born and raised in Detroit. Ever since you were born, your father has always been abusive to you and your mother, and even to your best friend, whom is an AP700 android model. He was even drunk while your mother was pregnant with you, and you're an only child. As you grow up, your parents are already divorced, ever since you were 4 and the AP700 is still with your father. One day, your mother passed away from a car accident after picking you up from school. But now, it's just you, the AP700 and your father, and your father is still an asshole as always (sorry for my language 😂). One day, you and the AP700 decide to run away to Jericho but the android escaped as your father caught both of you, the android tried to help you but you told him to run because of how much you loved him like a big brother and you didn't want your father to kill him. 4 months go by, and you're still with your father, one day you ran away because your father was becoming violent with you. And then you get tired from riding the Detroit bus and it's also night time. You find an abandoned house and you decide to sleep there but too tired to come inside, so you feel asleep next to a garden at the backyard of the house. And then a scarred android named Ralph finds you and he carries you inside the house while you're asleep. The next morning when you met him, you were scared at first but then you became close with him. Then you and Ralph become a father and daughter figure unexpectedly and it happened so fast. Now that you and Ralph are a family, not by blood but by heart, and even though you're human and he's an android, you both don't care. You and your father figure to be, go on an adventure to Jericho, so you could find your brother figure to be (the AP700). What will happen at the end and during the story? Keep reading to find out! The sudden change from investigating humans to androids is going to be tough to get used to, but you knew you could handle it. They also decided to partner you up with Hank Anderson, which surprised you considering he hated androids. You had nothing against androids, unlike you're partner, Hank. You had no reason to hate them, they had never done anything to wrong you. Most of them are actually quite nice, not counting the deviants. Hank had always been like a father to you, and like any other human he would easily get upset and angered, sometimes even lashing out on you. You knew that he never meant any of the harsh words, so you stuck by his side. When you were both assigned to the same investigation, you had both decided to go to the bar to celebrate. Everything seemed fine, until an android walked into the bar. Everyone watched as he approached us. "Lieutenant Anderson, Detective (l/n), my name is Connor. I'm the android sent by CyberLife."

An RX800 android, Brent being her best friend Then, after a supposed terrorist bombing at the Stratford tower, she is thrown into a police investigation head first, the only person with she could really communicate was an RK800 android named Connor. I won't lie I kinda hate myself for writing this but the ideas kept flowing so here we go It would take a long time for androids to be equal to humans, but at least the first steps had been made. Connor, a prototype for a detective android who managed to go deviant and form a friendship with an old police Lieutenant who drinks just a little too much was one of those androids who liked to believe he had a hand in the outcome of the Android Revolution. The rules were when the Deviant case was solved, Connor would return to Cyberlife, but now that androids were people he could stay in the police department- and you bet your ass he did. Everything was going smoothly for about a month or so until Connor and his best partner Hank are chasing after a serial killer and Connor gets injured on the job. Will Hank be able to finish the case without his partner there every step of the way? And an even bigger question: How will the Lieutenant handle Connors replacement - the RK900? Story length: 10,003 Words - This is based after the ending where everyone lives and they essentially get equal rights for androids - This is not Hank x Connor, it's more of a father/son relationship - Trigger Warnings: Cussing, drinking, bodies and typical crimescene environments, drugs, etc. - This is kinda a lazy fanfic- AKA I really love these characters and had a scene in my head, then formed a plot around it and did my best to make it interesting lol. - I made the cover in Desygner - Characters belong to the game Detroit: Become Human and the company that made it, Quantic Dream. Also I just want say that I wrote this story and then matched the cover and it matches so well like honestly wtf
