"Officer L/n! Can you come here please!?" I hear Fowler yell from his office as I finish writing up a report Gavin had me do for him. "I'm coming!" I yell back as I get up from my desk and head towards Fowler's office. 

"Hey Nines, can you give this to Gavin? It's the report he had me do." I ask Gavin's partner, the Rk900 that Gavin decided to call 'Nines'. Gavin is very creative and smart isn't he? 

"Of course Officer L/n. Though next time I recommend you tell him to do it himself, it is his job after all." Nines says as I continue towards Fowler's office. 

"No! It gives me something to do!" I yell as I head up the stairs to enter Fowler's office. "Sorry, I didn't know you were busy." I say as I enter Fowler's office only to see a guy with white hair and a white trench coat. 

"No, we were actually waiting for you. Officer L/n I'd like for you to meet the new Rk1000 model." Fowler says as I step forward very cautiously. "Your new partner." Fowler continues causing me to stop instantly in my track to his desk. 

"What?" I ask completely shocked that Fowler just said that this Rk1000 model is my partner. "You heard me, it's your new partner." Fowler says again to show me that he means it. 

"Sir, I don't think this is a good idea. I can barely look after myself, let alone an android." I say as I try and get myself out of this. "I know, that's why I'm assigning it to you, so it can look after you." Fowler says making me realise that I'm not getting out of this.All Rights Reserved

[Connor x Android!Reader] Detroit is having a problem with their androids, they are attacking their owners; Deviants is what they have been called. Cyberlife is desperate, they are afraid that having just one Deviant hunter on the case isn't enough. So they made a new series, RX400 model. It's a prototype just like RK800, but with more experimenting features. Now that both their Deviant Hunters are out there trying to solve the mystery, Cyberlife never expected the two to deviate themselves. It was supposed to be a simple game for him to get his partner riled up and for him to have a good laugh. Now with 2 more shots to go, an angry android who was ready to kill him, and the game being labeled as the "worst game ever" he asked himself how he could have ever thought that this was a good idea. (Based on the game "Detroit Become Human" but it's not necessary to know it, to understand the story :) )

It's almost a year, that the androids started a revolution and got stopped by the RK800-model. Most of the old models got destroyed and replaced with newer models in hope, that the disaster wouldn't happen ever again. After the great success of the RK800, Cyberlife published the new advanced model, claiming, that this is the perfect machine detective in all times -RK900. They created the new RK-model with the so-called "Dog Syndrome", which is a reference to the phrase: Like owner, like dog. It's supposed to make the android work harmoniously with their owner. Gavin Reed hated androids before and even more after the revolution. If he gets the chance, he would shoot every single of them, because they are just machines causing trouble. All of a sudden, Fowler got him a new partner for solving the case: people seem to disappear without any hind. Are the androids behind it? Is the tragedy from last year going to happen again?

The the year 2038 everything seemed to finally be looking up for the recently torn city of Detroit, not for young (name) who couldn't speak since an accident at age six left her mute. Being mute had a lot of disadvantages, the biggest being that most humans couldn't understand sign language at her workplace in the Stratford tower, so the only friends she really had were androids. An RX800 android, Brent being her best friend Then, after a supposed terrorist bombing at the Stratford tower, she is thrown into a police investigation head first, the only person with she could really communicate was an RK800 android named Connor. Throughout the investigation, however, (name) grows a strong attachment to Connor, with him treating her like an actual equal than a strange foreigner.
