Told through main character Maelee's mental notes, this work relives the events that lead up to the biggest shock of Maelee's life as she knows it. Mysterious and brotherly Zili tries to warn her of an oncoming threat, while warm and smoldering Angus attempts to make her forget anything that has to do with suffering. Though the two can't stand even the thought of the other being around Maelee, she can't imagine her life without both of them in it. Along with her best friend Phyllis "Philly" Joan, Maelee will writhe & squirm her way to the truth. But what is it??
