She was any man's dream. She steamed though any sticky situation with determination, grace, and some blackmail. Scarlet was many things; but a goodie-to-shoes was not a word she would describe herself as. As cunning as she may be, who would have expected that she would have two boys following her every move in a matter of weeks.
Alex, Scarlet's current boyfriend was captain of the football team. His physical figure could pass through a Calvin Kline model search with flying colors. Scarlet and Alex's relationship was perfect. No drama, no cheating scandals. Everything was just as it should be.
But, it wouldn't be any fun without some competition. That's where the triangle comes into play; Jake. He was much like Alex, with a typical 'bad boy' attitude, crossed with a personal trainer body that could make any girl's panties fall of within second of eye contact. He was also the model of perfect, but there is an awkwardness between Scarlet and Jake... Considering they were were ex-lovers, and ex gang members.
When Jake came back into town, It was inevitable that the captain of the football team wouldn't hear about it from his teammates. Within the jumble of hormones and estrogen, an exciting event was happening in their town. There was a ex-convict running around kidnapping girls. Unfortunately for the boys, the convict targets Scarlet and her best friend, Luna.
Jake and Alex soon figure out that they have to work together to get the girls back, and being each others worst enemy puts Scarlet in more danger. Can the boys get there in time? Or will Scarlet's luck run out?
