Two countries are at pending war letting no citizens leave their country. Dallas Smith who is the countries' baby boy works for the government protection system. On a watch day, Dallas sees people escaping and end up camping out in his watch tower, unable to get rid of the escapists. The escapees end up becoming mutual rather than enemies and let Dallas know what is going on in their country and how the corruption is catching up to him.

Barry's life
Two people fall in love in unlikely circumstances. They have a lot of psychological issues and mistrusts in the order of things to prevent them from finding themselves and each other. I am a reader of crime novels and hard science fiction almost exclusively, and yet this story, which I have been writing for a long time, is a love story, I can't explain it even to myself. The characters will have to work through hardship and evolve to be able to surrender to the magical things around them and the flow of the universe and the love of other people. This story still is a work in progress, it has holes and it is to be continued

The remaining continents of the world ravaged by the Great War suffer from crumbling cities, erratic storms and remnants of dangerous weaponry. A Fantasy/mystery novel with elements of love, follow Morgan through his journey to discover who he is, what his purpose is, whether or not love is possible to find a second time and how he can help restore peace and order to his world.
