Loki is emprisonned in the Stark tower because the SHIELD thought it would be a good idea to leave him alone with the Avengers themselves, He can't use his powers because of that thingy Tony designed for the God Of Mischief himself.
Who the hell are you in this story then you may ask me ? Well, y/n, you are a new member of the Avengers.
You are a really smart girl, mischievious when you want and really strong girl, PHYSICALLY strong girl, in the emotional side.. you kinda suck to be honest.
Yes, the Avengers, wanna hear something better than that!? they gave you a huge mission: Keep an eye on Loki.
So you have to stay in the Stark Tower with him and The Avengers.

He cast a shield around himself and the people. Teleporting the people away he drops the shield . "Listen to me!" Loki groaned as the Avengers ignored his pleas. "What did you do?!" There was so much going on he didn't even see who asked the question. He just answered without thinking."Nothing! You people are the ones that attacked first. As I was helping someone! What if they had gotten hurt?!" The Avengers faltered for just a second before straightening their resolve. As the fight went on Loki was getting tired of their incompetence. "Stop!" Loki yelled heavily out of breath. All the Avengers were frozen by Loki's magic. Even the almighty Thor. "You so-called avengers just attacked me unprovoked, risked multiple lives, and won't even listen to what I have to say." He turned to Thor.
