Claire is a popular cheerleader at Oak High and Luis is a math geek. But the two both share a dark secret behind the closed doors of their homes, a secret that leaves them scarred and bruised--literally. One day they are paired up to do a project, much to their dislike, since they are complete opposites, from totally different worlds--or so they thought. The unlikely match begin to fall for one another, until Claire gets mysteriously kidnapped, Luis will stop at nothing to save the one girl that understand him. A tale of love, child-abuse, and the creatures that lurk in the woods--vampires, werewolves, and witches. They soon realize that their little hometown in Oklahoma is no match for what they uncover in the wild city of Chicago.All Rights Reserved
