Sarah just moved to her new town and she is your average grade 9. She is not a loser but she is not one of the popular people just a normal 15 year old. She has a small group of friend that think they know her but they couldn't be more wrong. Sarah has a horrible past that follows her every where that's why she moved to a whole new town nobody knows about it except her family and her old town. But that all changes when she meets the new kid at her school. She seemed nice so she decided to develop a friendship with her.But she soon realizes that that was a big mistake. Everybody finds out about her past, and she ends up reliving the past that she never wanted to bring up again.

Sarah is moving west with her family. Having just turned eighteen, she was perfectly content to stay in the town where she grew up, however, she has no choice but to go along. She's heard horror stories about the man leading the wagon train west and does her best to stay out of his way and not call attention to herself. If only trouble wasn't so easy to get into. It was as if it followed her around and tripped her up every chance it got. She's certain she won't survive the trip west. Either the wagon master is going to kill her, or her bad luck will.Complete

An Unexpected Moment
... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. As I transcribe it here, I have tried to update it a bit and give the characters/story more depth than what I had when I was younger. Hopefully it all gets pulled together!Complete

We've all heard about 'the main character'. The type of person who lives through the most dramatic and improbable situations, and finds the kind of epic romance you only see in works of fiction. Which makes you think about how unrealistic love like that is. I used to think the same thing until I met him. Until I met 'the bad boy' that, as it turns out, wasn't that bad at all, just simply...a boy. A boy with an easy smile, a charming personality and looks so enticing that I couldn't keep my eyes off of him if I tried.
